We offer both Managed Services (MSP) and Managed Security Services (MSSP). We do this separately or through a unified offering.

While there are many similarities between the two offerings, the difference boils down to providing services specific to cybersecurity (MSSP) or more generalized IT service (MSP).

Whether you should choose either our MSP or MSSP platforms (or a combined platform) depends entirely on your business needs.

If you’re looking for technical support, want to implement and manage new technologies, or are interested in supplementing your internal teams with industry-leading IT expertise, our MSP platform will likely be your best bet. It’s a holistic approach to IT management and service.

On the other hand, if you have advanced security requirements that are beyond the scope of your in-house staff, our MSSP platform will likely be a better fit for your needs. The specialized cybersecurity expertise provided by our MSSP offering is especially important if you deal with highly sensitive data, work in a field where system downtime could have dire consequences to your business, or you operate in an industry that is subject to cybersecurity compliance standards.

Given there is a significant, but not comprehensive overlap between our MSP and MSSP offerings, we also offer both services in a combined package.

What is Managed Services (MSP)?

TCCC supplies a complete complement of outsourced IT services to small and mid-sized organizations throughout the Midwest. It acts as either a complement to existing internal IT Departments or as a stand-alone, fully outsourced IT department.
