How long have they been in the industry?

Triantan CCC, LLC began life as Chicago Consolidated Communications in 1984. 

Triantan CCC is both an MSP and an MSSP, what’s the difference?

As a technology company, acronyms are part of our DNA (ha!). While they both mean that we are managing/supporting your environment, there is a difference.

MSP – Managed Services Provider. As your MSP we are responsible for monitoring, managing, and remediation of your IT infrastructure and/or end-user systems.

MSSP – Managed Security Services Provider. As your MSSP we are responsible for monitoring, managing, remediation, and reporting of your on-premise firewall and it’s services.

Why should I consider managed services for my business?

Today, managed services is a great options for businesses of all sizes.

For large companies with in-house IT staff we can augment the teams productivity and efficiency. You can leverage the power of our remote monitoring, remote access, patching, and ticketing systems to serve as your “front line.” Let our team be your Tier 1 help desk, freeing your in-house staff to focus on projects and initiatives that grow your business. We can also lend our platform and application specific expertise to help scope and complete special projects.

For small-to-medium sized businesses that pay T&M (time and materials) for break/fix support or rely on non-IT staff to keep things running we can act as your single-point-of-contact for all your technology needs. No more waiting for your “IT guy” to have time on a Sunday afternoon, no more spending hours (or days) chasing manufacturers for support. Call us, we handle it all.

Regardless of business size, having a managed services contract ensure a predictable spend on IT every month.

How much do monthly managed services cost?

Managed services are billed on a monthly basis based on the assets that are covered under the agreement. We offer packages that include full support with 24×7 response to just basic monitoring, patching, and anti-virus. We can tailor coverage to meet your support and budget needs.

We have outgrown our current outsourced IT support. How hard is it to switch?

The technical aspects of the switch are quite simple. As part of services on-boarding with TCCC, a senior project manager will be assigned to oversee the transition and make it as smooth and seamless as possible, including the technical hand-off between us and your former provider. If you are currently considering a change, please be sure to examine your current contract for early termination penalties.

Can you help with peripheral equipment and systems?

Yes! When we say single-point-of-contact we mean it! Vendor Management is included as part of your Managed Services agreement. This means whenever you have an issue with peripheral equipment (copier, scanner, etc.) or application on the network (accounting, ERP, etc.) we will engage their support on your behalf and manage trouble tickets.

Can I start small and add services later?

Absolutely! Many of our very long-time customers started out with just a phone system or hosted service and then added additional services as needed.

What’s your sign?

Virgo. We’re expert conversationalists, dedicated, resourceful, helpful, hardworking, and witty!

We have locations outside of Illinois, can you support us?

Absolutely! We provide both voice and IT managed services for organizations nationwide. We’ve even been to Hong Kong!

Can you help with our phone systems too?

Phone systems is where it all started for us! We offer stand-alone hosted voice or a full range of services with our Unified Communications Service .

Can you help us analyze our current carrier bills and see if we are getting the best deal?

Yes again! Our master agent relationship offers a portfolio of over 160 carriers and suppliers. This allows us to focus on the solution, not just a product. If a particular provider doesn’t have the product we feel best fits your needs, we will find the one that does. We can present the carriers we see the most success with, and offer multiple pricing options. We can also consult and give expert advice. Sometimes price is the most important, sometimes it’s the service. We will make sure you are aware of the pros and cons of all the options.

Can I engage you for project-based work as well?

From design, to implementation, to on-going support, we do it all. From a simple phone system upgrade or hardware refresh to complete rip-and-replace and migration to virtual environments. We have the knowledge and experience to complete projects with minimal impact to your business and end users.

What industries do you serve?

We serve all industries, but we do have a great deal of experience with education, health care/assisted living, manufacturing, logistics, legal, and local governments.

My business is subject to regulatory compliance (PCI, HIPAA, NIST, etc.). Can you help with that?

We do offer compliance assessments where we use our robust set of tools to test your environment for compliance and provide a comprehensive report of findings and recommendations. We also offer vulnerability and penetration testing.

How large is your support center?

We have 13 certified engineers on staff and on-call voice and data engineers available 24/7/365.

Can I tour your facility?

We love to see our customers! Besides, it gives us an excuse to order pizza (like you really need an excuse). Customers are welcome to tour our NOC (Network Operations Center) and meet the team.

Do you have references I can speak with?

Can you evaluate and make recommendations for our environment?

Learn more in IT Roadmapping. Our Managed Services customers receive a comprehensive Network Evaluation and IT Road map report as part of services on-boarding. This report details the current environment and provides a 36-month road map of recommendations based on solution life-cycle and overall goals of your business. We can also complete this same assessment on a one-time project basis.

Do you have documented response times and Service Level Agreements?

Yes. We have documented response times/SLA’s for our all our product and service offerings.

Do you really host Pac-Man tournaments?

Sure do. Sign up sheet is in the kitchen. But if that isn’t your cup of tea you can sign up for a game of bags or Texas Hold’em.
